QC SYSTEM
At Vietnam Plywood Group, Quality is an essential commitment. We are proud to supply high quality Plywood. We controls quality from the Core veneer to the finished Plywood, by well organized QC system, every Plywood go through 30 QC checkpoints.
• When we receive wood Core veneer, our inspector check moisture, dimension and quality grade of the wood. Substandard Core veneer will be rejected. The wood with higher moisture content is dried in the heating room.
• We carry out first work piece inspection and confirmation regulation. Every position is required to check the quality of first piece, and make sure it meet quality standard before mass production of the Plywood order.
• Throughout the whole Plywood production, every working station do self-quality inspection of their work pieces.
• QC spot check Plywood production record and corresponding work piece. QC will stop production and conduct a correction procedure, when a problem is found.
• Before finishing, we run a few Plywood to check the quality of surface finish,strength and specification.
• During finishing process, QC check the quality consistency every 30 minute for all plywood .
• At the end of finishing line, QC 100% check every piece of Plywood . Any defective piece is picked out and transferred to repair team, who decide whether to remake, refinish, or touch up.
• At package department, QC trial assemble every Plywood SKU to verify the grades, construction, and dimensions.
